Port Moody Library, White Pines Gala

I was deeply grateful that my debut children's picture book, Becki and the Trailer Kids, was inducted into the Port Moody Library’s White Pines Local Authors Collection.
On 24 September 2025, I was invited to the White Pines Gala at the Port Moody Library to receive this honor.
The White Pines Local Author Program highlights poets, authors, and illustrators who live in Port Moody, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Anmore, Belcarra, or Burnaby.
Being included in this year's collection was truly special because there are many talented local writers who have been recognized by White Pines.
